Includes surveying the site and compiling a digital map with all the elements of the environment. The survey displays the existing buildings, structures, trees and relief elements both on the site and the adjacent territory.

Working documentation for 220V electrics in the house with the calculation of loads, lengths of cable routes, electrical panel diagrams and equipment specifications. Performed by a certified electrical engineer.

Working documentation for the heating system. Includes calculation of loads, equipment capacities, axonometric diagrams of networks and equipment specifications. Performed by a certified engineer.

Working documentation on water supply and sewerage systems. Includes axonometric diagrams and communication plans and specifications of all elements. Performed by a certified plumbing and sewer engineer.

Organization of a tender for construction, expert assistance in checking contractors' proposals. Includes closing technical questions to the customer from contractors and verification of the contract with the contractor.

Development of an estimate for the construction of a house, which includes all the work and materials included in the project. It gives the opportunity to plan the stages of construction, control costs and save budgets during construction.

Includes 10 visits to the site by our specialists to check the compliance of the work with the project and survey the hidden work. At the output, the customer receives an official document confirming the compliance of the work performed with the design documentation. This is a confirmation of the work performed by the contractor and creates an added value when selling a house or insuring it. The cost includes transport costs in Kiev and the region.
